With over 20 years on the job, she has vast personal knowledge of what it takes to run your property. From financials to legal, you're in good hands with Grace.
ACCOUNTING
Susie comes to Riviera with 18 years of experience in a wide range of business situations from the Mortgage Industry, Escrow Services and Property Management. She heads the Accounting department and provides the energy needed to meet deadlines with awesome accuracy.
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Jamie is well versed in maintenance matters and has been facilitating service requests, rehab projects, and preventative maintenance for several years. Jamie specializes in customer service and works with both resident and client to ensure their assets are well maintained.
FRONT DESK
Lora is the first voice you may encounter when calling our offices. She is appreciated by our clients as well as the employees. Her job is to route information throughout the many office departments and direct client calls to the appropriate destination.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Marie comes to us from the corporate world. She assists all departments from accounting to maintenance and specializes in handling our VIP clients. With over 28 years in the Aero Space industry.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Mike Doran is a South Bay native and holds a California real estate license. He works behind the scene bringing his energy and expertise to all aspects of the operation. Mike’s support and assistance of our clients and tenants is critical to the overall productivity of the office.
HOA DIRECTOR
Yamile Illidge-Colen has over 19 years of experience in property management. During her career, she has held several positions in all aspects of the business. Driven by passion and dedication, she is responsible for overseeing our Homeowners Association Department. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Yamile holds a California real estate license and is an active member of the CAI Greater Los Angeles Chapter.
HOA COORDINATOR
Keeping the HOAs running smoothly, Andra handles daily operations from accounts payable to yearly permits, inspections and renewals. Her attention to detail and awesome client service ensure our HOAs are well cared for.
